I got married under HMA.My husband works abroad in temporary visa.He has filed for divorce there and about to get divorce in that countryHe has not returned my shreedhan yet in spite of sending one notice through lawyer to return my shreedhan.But no help.Six months has pass yet they have not return my shreedhan.I have lodge 406 but police has not taken any action.They are saying its Section 406 IPC states punishment for committing “criminal breach of trust”.
